Due to limited parking availability, guests are strongly encouraged to use:

Please note: Guest drop-offs on Cherry Street are prohibited. Four TTC routes service the surrounding area. Additional Bike Share stations and capacity will be available nearby. Drop-off and parking at other locations are not permitted.

If you witness suspicious, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour, immediately notify event staff, security personnel, or Guest Services. All guests must comply with instructions provided by event staff, security personnel, police officers, and emergency responders at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
Biidaasige Park
There is NO ACCESS to the venue from Biidaasige Park. Biidaasige Park is STRICTLY off-limits to event attendees and will be actively monitored and patrolled by police and security personnel.
Biidaasige Park is a culturally and environmentally significant public space that reflects Indigenous history, stewardship, and ecological restoration along Toronto’s waterfront. To help protect this newly established park and its sensitive natural areas, guests are asked to remain within designated event and pedestrian zones and not enter or walk through the park.
We appreciate your cooperation in respecting this important community space. Please note that compliance will be monitored by festival staff and law enforcement throughout the event. There will be police present at the parking locations, walkways to the venue, and the venue itself.

All guests will undergo: ticket scanning, full security screening, bag inspection, metal detector, and physical search / pat-down.

No Re-Entry Policy
Black Coffee Toronto has a strict no re-entry policy. A Ticket Holder or Accredited Person may only access the event grounds via the entrances corresponding with their Ticket type or Accreditation (if applicable), or as otherwise directed by the Event Organisers outside the venue. Inside the venue, Ticket Holders must ensure that their Ticket is available for inspection at the request of the Event Organisers and/or law enforcement at any time.

The event maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, aggressive behaviour, disorderly conduct, illegal activity, and unsafe behaviour of any kind. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund. There will be police present at the parking locations, walkways to the venue, and the venue itself.

Guests are encouraged to embrace an elevated summer event style.
The event site includes accessible entrances, accessible washroom facilities, and accessible routes throughout the event footprint. Guest Services personnel will be available to assist attendees with accessibility-related requests and provide information regarding accessible amenities during event operations.
As this is a temporary outdoor event, certain areas or experiences may have inherent accessibility limitations. If you have any accessibility questions or accommodation requests, please contact us in advance and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs wherever possible and operationally feasible.
Black Coffee Toronto is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine. The safety of our guests, staff, artists, and event personnel remains our highest priority. In the event of severe weather or other unsafe conditions, event activities may be delayed, interrupted, suspended, evacuated, postponed, or rescheduled as determined by Event Management, public safety officials, emergency services, or other authorities having jurisdiction.
Guests may be required to follow instructions from event staff, security personnel, police, emergency responders, or venue management. Event operations will resume only when conditions are deemed safe.
No refunds, credits, exchanges, or compensation will be provided for delays, interruptions, suspensions, evacuations, postponements, or rescheduling resulting from adverse weather, public safety concerns, government directives, acts of nature, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the event organizers. If a postponement or rescheduling becomes necessary, ticket holders will be notified with additional details as soon as reasonably practicable.
To ensure guest safety and efficient crowd movement, departures will be managed through a controlled exit process.
Exit Procedures

All vehicles must exit designated parking areas after the event concludes. Overnight or post-event parking is not permitted.

By purchasing, scanning, or using a ticket to enter the event, guests acknowledge that this is an outdoor event taking place on temporary event grounds and that conditions may differ from those found in permanent indoor venues.
Guests understand that weather, ground conditions, temporary flooring, grass, gravel, asphalt, lighting conditions, event infrastructure, and pedestrian traffic may vary throughout the venue. Guests are expected to exercise reasonable care, remain aware of their surroundings, wear appropriate footwear, and follow all instructions provided by Event Management, security personnel, emergency responders, and venue staff.
